first black belt when he turned 18. He had a been a student of mine and
Bill Packer's for many years before that. He exhibits great skill both as a

"I have known William for many years. William has always been very diligent
in his practice of the martial arts, he's a perfectionist. He is a fierce
competitor. We were always very proud of him when we brought him to competition.
He consistently used his technique well. That's what made him so good as a
competitor. He has the ability to transfer from the theoretical aspect into
the practical application. As an instructor, he has applied the same ability to
transfer from theoretical to practical application. When he teaches class, he is
very technical in the execution and has an innate ability to pass on to the
students the knowledge required for them to excel. I believe that's what makes him
an exceptional instructor. Beyond that, it's not about the materialistic portion
of what he does, he truly cares about his students. It makes me proud to feel that
I had some part in how and what he is today." -Phil Weeber, 2nd
degree black belt, AKKA Karate USA.

"I have known William, or as I call him "Wild Bill", for 15 years. I refer to him as Wild Bill due to his aggressive style and competitive nature. He trained under me for four years. He has my full endorsement and is quite capable of training both the mind and body". - Jesse Ballou, 6th dan judo.
